We use Stripe, a globally-recognised, secure payment gateway to charge our service fees. An initial authorisation charge of $1 will be charged when you sign up to our service. The $1 deposit will be refunded to you in a few days.
Please note that pre-paid service fees are not refundable. If you wish to modify or cancel your subscription, please contact your account manage with at least 3 working days notice. Our schedule of billing is listed below –
- The one-off setup fee will occur when we start to prepare for your account.
- Once your campaigns were launched, the weekly or monthly optimisation service fee will occur on the 1st day of each billing cycle.
Service lasts for 1 month minimum. No lock-in contract. Please see our full service terms here.
